8 indoor sessions (Sundays Dec 1 - May 3, 10am-11am) focusing on developing forwards skills: pass/catch skills, lineout skills, scrumming technique, tackling technique, game situational activities. Space is limited to 25 athletes, U13, U15 & U17 boys and girls. Building on last year's program, this year will include guest coaches (including international players, university and national coaches), training shirts and chalk talk sessions.
This year the program is offered by nomination only.
