Description
Join your teammates for a rugby-specific strength and conditioning program designed specifically for Crusaders players offered in partnership with SST at 505 Iroquois Shore Rd, Oakville. The program starts in mid-November and ends in late March.
Book for the sessions for your age group that work for you - and feel free to book more than one session a week. The scheduled dates avoid Christmas Break, public holidays, March Break, etc.
U15 & U17 Boys (2005-2008) Mondays 7-8pm
