Clothing/Kit Returns

If 30 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

We will accept exchanges and will replace returns with other sizes if in stock subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please request a return at https://clubshopaccount.crusadersrugby.club.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds will be applied to your credit card when issued. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been issued and you should expect it to show on your credit card statement online within 2-3 days. Please contact us at treasurer@crusadersrugby.ca if you have problems.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Camps, Offseason Programs, Clinics Refunds

We won't provide any form of refund less than 72 hours prior to the start of the program start, during or after the program. All week-long camps are sold as week-long activities and we will not offer partial weeks or refunds because your child could not attend for any reason. Similarly, Programs and Clinics are sold whole for the duration of the Program or Clinic and the club will not offer partial refunds. If you'd like a refund on any camp, offseason program or clinic, please contact  president@crusadersrugby.ca and provide your order number/details.

Membership Subscriptions

Requests for refunds may be submitted to president@crusadersrugby.ca within 15 days of purchase. Memberships renew annually automatically. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please login to the the subscription portal link provided when you purchased the subscription or email  president@crusadersrugby.ca.
