Description
10 indoor sessions (Sundays Jan 12th, 2025 - March 16th 2025) focusing on developing core rugby skills: pass/catch skills, agility, evasion, finding space for boys and girls aged 5-9.
- 10 x 1-hour indoor skills training sessions, Sundays 6-7pm
- Where?: Community Centre and Mattamy Sports Park, 5320 Ninth Line, Mississauga, ON L5M 0R5
- Focus on developing core rugby skills: pass/catch skills, agility, evasion, finding and using space
- Great for beginners wanting to try rugby out and for developing core skills
- Children will be divided by age group
- Training CRU SKILLS t-shirts provided
- Open to members and the general public
