Description
Join your teammates for a rugby-specific strength and agility program designed specifically for Crusaders players offered in partnership with SST at 505 Iroquois Shore Rd, Oakville. The program starts in mid-November and ends in late March.
Book for the sessions for your age group that work for you. The scheduled dates avoid Christmas Break, public holidays, March Break, etc.
U15, U16 Younger Boys: Thursday 7-8pm & Sunday 12-1pm

We can't unfortunately refund for partial attendance or provide a discount if you only want to attend part(s) of the fall/winter training program - signing up is a commitment to all sessions advertised and if you can't attend, that's fine, but we can't credit or refund you.
